Wiggles (3-4 years)
Junior Kindy is for children aged 3 years to 4 years old.
Between the ages of 3 and 4 children develop a real understanding of who they are and what they want.
Articulating needs becomes a main focus and the need to learn as much as possible is also enhanced.
Our juniors discuss what they would like to do each day with their morning group time, and they enjoy these as well as programmed activities that enhance their abilities. They begin to form close friendships, understand concepts of empathy and emotions.
Our juniors are full of energy and want to learn, which is why we design our programs around their interests and abilities. We ensure that your child is confident and ready to head toward their next big challenge – School.
While our juniors program is still child initiated play, it is a little more structured and focuses on:
- Letter and word recognition
- Sentence structure through play
- Puppets and felt boards
- Cooking following diagram recipes
